This photo makes me uncomfortable – do you see it too?

All these dolls have been dressed in gowns, then slid into boxes.  Here is your own box, and your own peg on the wall.  Now smile!  

Look at that doll on the left.  A faint smile on her lips, her head turned just so, her eager eyes set on the middle distance – she’s almost alive. All the cheap dolls in boxes are almost alive.
